Our service is designed to be simple, affordable, and accessible to everyone in the UK who needs a will. We use technology to streamline the process while ensuring your will meets legal requirements.

WUHLD is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The information provided through our Service is not a substitute for professional legal advice. The Service is designed to provide general information about legal matters but does not provide specific advice directly applicable to your individual situation.

3. User Responsibilities

4. Payment and Refunds

Fees: The fee for our will creation service is £19.99 for the standard package, as stated at the point of purchase. This is a one-time payment for the creation of your will. There are no subscription fees or hidden charges.

Refunds: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded your completed will documents. Refund requests should be sent to hello@wuhld.com.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WUHLD and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

While the completed will document you create belongs to you, our templates, questionnaires, and platform remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or used for any purpose other than creating your personal will.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall WUHLD, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our service, but we cannot guarantee that it will meet your specific requirements or be error-free. You use our service at your own risk.
